I received what I ordered in a timely manner

It took too long to be delivered and when I finally did get it the quality was as wrong. I ordered two and only received one, product is great but the service is not.

This is my first time ordering from Planet Beauty. The ordering process was very easy and I appreciated that. I can’t wait to see how long it takes to receive and the condition the package will be in when I do receive it. I’m excited to join Planet Beauty and do believe I will be ordering more products in the future. Also I do believe the prices are reasonable and fair compared to other places I have shopped in the past.

I buy from Planetbeauty multiple times a year, sometimes online and sometimes in person. They always have good deals and the shipping is fast. I love their app too. There are some brand exclusions but for the 10 off 40 or 30 off 100 there are no brand exclusions, just sale exclusions.
