They do not tell you shipping time before placing the order. I am 6 days in and still my order hasn't been shipped. But they immediately took my money. All I have is a pre-shipment number from USPS. If I had known it was going to take weeks to get hair product I would have ordered it from somewhere that would have shipped it faster.

communication was poor, i waited almost 7 days to inquire about my order only to find out one of the products i ordered was not available and was misrepresented on the website, the company could have reached out to me versus my having to reach out to them. Now my credit card has already been charged and I have no product, poor customer service in my opinion.

It’s been 4 days since I ordered item for store pickup and I still have not gotten an email saying item is ready to pick up. Turnaround for store pick up is not 24 hours as advertised.

I gave my email to get a 20% off discount and then they did not give it to me. It’s like false advertising and I didn’t appreciate it.
