Used Led hut loads of times in the past always been happy but no more. I think it must be linked to change over ownership. Ordered bulbs and they sent me second hand ones box marked old one working. I have emailed twice still no reply. Buy elsewhere this company has gone rubbish products and even worse customer service

Last used LED hut years ago for low voltage LEDS which are still in use. Ordered 8 mains voltage LED lamps. Arrived 2 days later but one did not illuminate. Phoned customer service and initially on hold so rang back a few minutes later. Very helpful service offering a replacement which arrived in 2 days. Great choice of lamps.

We had to wait a while for out of stock items. We were updated and kept informed about this with the option to cancel if we wanted. Always good service from LED HUT have used before and would again.

Product received very quickly, however returned as ordered the wrong ones, still awaiting confirmation that they have been received and for refund!
