Had to purchase an new LED floodlight as the one of four that I bought from the LED hut just over 2 years ago had failed, while within it's 3 year guarantee. It would appear that the LED Hut is under new ownership so the guarantee was not honoured. A 15% discount on the replacement product was offered though. Currently the other 3 floodlights are still working well but only time will tell. Much easier and cheaper if you could just replace the lamp!

Thanks to Tamara for prompt replies to email and good communication. Too easy these days to have a moan, much better to recognise good customer service. Lest we forget, we're all human. Stay safe and keep well everybody.
