I ordered a wine via the web shop and payed directly. Half an hour later it turned out, that the wine was already sold out and couldn´t be deliverd anymore. I received this information very quick, also the reversal of the purchase was managed by Drinkshop very quick.I found the way of reversal very positive and will order here again with confidence at the next opportunity.

I just bought some spirits to be delivered in the UK, after the items were delivered I received a hefty bill from FedEx claiming taxes that were due on import duties. This was not mentioned in the shop’s website and only noticed after items where delivered and invoice was issued by courier thereafter. Very misleading, wouldn’t have bought these items if I new about this additional costs.

Sito ottimo con prezzi molto onesti. Ho ordinato una bottiglia di midori per un regalo ed è arrivata un giorno in anticipo rispetto al previsto. Inoltre essendo un regalo avevo chiesto al supporto di rimuovere la fattura e sono stati così gentili da esaudire la mia richiesta. Molto soddisfatta dell'esperienza.
