Verpakking slecht waardoor de box van de whisky fles geschuurd is. Voor verzameling dus waardeloos. Mail gestuurd geen reactie. Reactie gehad n.a.v. beoordeling. Had gemeld dat buitenverpakking 100% goed was. De verpakking van de fles was slecht waardoor de fles ruimte had en de doos/box van Longrow gescheurd is. Fout van verkoper. Zal nieuwe box moet zien te kopen ?? Bedrijfsantwoord heb je als klant niets aan kost je als koper gewoon weer geld. U bent gewaarschuwd.

Complimenti per la spedizione, imballaggio delle botiglie perfetto. La consegna celere e secondo i tempi prestabiliti. Sicuramente in futuro ci risentiremo. Grazie a tutto lo Staff.

I ordered 2 cases of wine from the Drink shop a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately the couriers managed to break a bottle despite the really good packaging that the wine was dispatched in. A very brief email exchange between the drink store and myself and they are refunding not only the bottle, but a percentage of the shipping costs too. Excellent customer service.
