We bought an Almera shower from Escape Bathrooms & Kitchens. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Our plumber fitted it but the water was not coming through hot enough. We went back to speak to Jamie who spoke to the people from Almera. Jim came out and sorted it. We now have a lovely hot shower thanks to them both. Would definitely recommend Jamie and Escape bathrooms.

Escape Bathrooms Frome Local showroom recommended by our installer and the displays and quality did not disappoint. Our designer Louise discussed all the options and provided a wonderful design and within budget. Both designer and installer came up with suggestions that we hadn’t even considered or thought possible. As with any project this size there were a few issues and these were dealt with swiftly by all parties concerned and the final result was stunning.

I was recommended by our builder to visit Escape bathrooms in Frome, as he put it they have 'the best showroom in the South West'. Jamie was fantastic throughout and spent time deciding each individual product with us, he was very attentive to our likes and dislikes and gave us very competitive prices on quality bathroom products. Definitely made the process more enjoyable and even came up to my home in Bristol to replace a bath when the one I ordered was too small, with no hassle. Tara was such a great help, a brilliant designer, she got us the absolute best there is for our budget. We love our beautiful new bathroom and can’t thank Tara and the team enough.
