I would never have had the confidence (or budget) to go ahead with my initial "dreams" but Debbie has made them a reality!! She has worked tirelessly to find the best products at the best prices - I think it was three iterations and a million questions - but the order is now placed and I can't wait. Having initially just called in to look round the Total Plumbing bathroom showroom in Shepton Mallet, the help and advice we received was so exceptional we ended up purchasing our bathrooms, kitchen and all plumbing materials from them. Sam Young was extremely knowledgeable on all the various manufacturers, design features and products. He took great care to ensure the items he was selling us matched our needs 100%. Any problems were resolved straightaway without any fuss or bother. Sadly, this seems to be a rare quality on our high streets today. All of the staff, whether it is the team in the plumbing warehouse next door or their delivery drivers, are incredibly professional, friendly and helpful.
