Terrible and disappointing service from…

Terrible and disappointing service from Higher nature. They couldn’t cancel an order that had not being processed (had to chase a week after ordering for an update) only to be told it had not being processed although paying for next day delivery! I requested a return to sender if they couldn’t cancel once it’s dispatched and had to contact customer services again to alert them when the goods were finally dispatched and for them to request the return to sender and was advised this will be done. It’s almost a month and I’m still chasing for my refund.

I ordered three supplements bottles, I didn’t realise they are so much for taking supplements, I had to return two supplement bottles in a cardboard of pack with bubble wrapping each to Higher Nature. A customer service said she received only one supplement bottle. There were 100% definitely two supplement bottles in there. She did not believe me. I believe a bottle was still in a cardboard of pack in deeply. She didn’t take it in deeply. I believe she missed to take it because it was reached it deeply. That was very strange. I’m very upset I lost my money, it cost £22.37. I should have taken a picture of two bottles in a cardboard of pack to proof to them. I believe they didn’t check it properly in a cardboard of pack deeply because there were two bubble wrapping.

Poor regard for customer concerns.

Very shocked by the horrible customer service since I'm a returning customer and I have been ever so loyal to the brand, buying from Nirvana in Palmer's Green but in this instance I had to order online, I received my order of two jars and it looked tampered with, it's vitamins and I'd rather be safe than sorry consuming a product with no seal, I emailed and the response was just so well that's your problem'ish. I refused to drink these vitamins. I just opened my medicine cabinet and saw both of them there and the displeasure looking at what a waste both my money & the product has been, prompted me to actually write this review. I love higher nature products but because of this experience, I have since found alternative of their products I use daily in a different brand.

Delivery was very slow - 12 working days. I ran out of my previous supplements before they arrived.
