Excellent Products but shipment costs to France unacceptable

I am a loyal customer for many many years buying your products once or twice each year. I always pay a membership fee in order to benefit good discount on the regular prices. Always good shipments, no suprises. But after the Brexit you invoice 15 € to ship a box to France which is just too expensive. I understand your problem with the Brexit rules but for such loyal customers like me you should review this shipment cost. Regards.

My delivery took almost two weeks

My delivery took almost two weeks. Irrelevant of a postal strike there are other means of delivery. I was not advised a delay past the standard 7 days would occur. My partner ordered the same day and received his order within a couple of days. I missed out on vital probiotics due to this. When I called I did not receive an apology. Poor service...
