Very expensive for what you get. I was billed twice and refunded but 19.99 is not worth being able to type your letter into the computer. The lag time is the same as being mailed. Shame on you for supercharging

I was trying to send two articles but it only allowed me to send one I have to wait for the other one to be delivered to the inmate... then I can send a second article. I just paid $20 for a monthly subscription, so I don’t understand why I could only send a few measly articles in a month??!

The very first time I used this site to send my nephew photos. Some random photo of a topless woman made it into my batch . I’ve never seen this woman before nor do I know how this photo made it Into my batch . There needs to be better screening of the photos.

This App Is Crap.. It takes forever for your photos to process, and you can't process anymore until your 1st order is Complete an Delivered. It's been 5 days an my order is Still Processing. FYI if you wanna send photos, send as many as you can @ 1 time, cause by the time they Process and Deliver it will be time to pay 24.99 AGAIn.. I'm still waiting to her from Customer Service

Used this service because it stated and included the institution my loved one is at. Only to find out that the institution only uses GTL for phone services. This service leads you in circles trying to get money to your loved one tried for weeks to do it the way they said only to find out there are only 2 ways to get money to my loved one money order or cashiers check by mail or the kiosk at the institution. Then have no clue if my loved one even receives his cards or letters as he can't respond since he has no money to buy paper and envelope. Do not use this site if your loved one is at J.R.C.F
