This app was very confusing..I was unclear the whole time exactly what the cost of everything was.there was nowhere on the webpage to clarify& it's already asking for more money??:(

I really like it. It's not like some other sites that ripe you off. It's cheap,easy, and the message gets to my loved one right away.

I don't feel the site is very clear about how letters and postcards etc. work. If I had known you just print out and mail them I would have done it myself to make it more personal. However everything else is a easy and needed service

Great app. Continually is available to send off a selection of correspondence letters or photos. So easy and quick! Love it!

I wish there was a way to check the balance on the account and better information on how to use the credit.
