A lot of stuff. Number one there is no phone call service availability through you at the facility my husband's at. But the web site never explained that just took my money. A csr explained when I called the same or next day to cancel trial. They convinced me to use the free things like sending pics postcards greeting cards for a little bit while I was on the trial. So I agreed. I picked some pictures two envelopes. I did a post card after. The lost card sent 2 days later it shipped. Said allow up to 4 days. The pictures I had done first because it was what I wanted h to have most are still just sitting there. Saying they are processing. I imaging these too will not be in his possession before the day the free trial is over. It has been confusing and a hassle. My husband has never even heard of pigeonly and he's been in jail over 2 months. I am for sure going to cancel this unless it all turns out beautifully before the trials over to renew my impression I would say this is pretty much a waste of money.

I'm very satisfied with pigeonly. The packages arrive complete and on time. A wider variety of packages would make them even better.

He hasn't received any of my mail as of today. He is in the process of processing out. I'm thankful. I will be canceling my trial. Maybe better luck next time...however hopefully there won't be a next time.
