Thos place is beyond amazing

So far it was going well, until I didn't need the service and try to cancel. It has now been days and they have not cancel my subscription. I reported this to my bank so that they are inform regarding future unauthorize charges. Not a good way to do business. Since when does cancellations takes days and weeks?

The greetings and letters and stuff are great. I like those options. Especially since the second phone number still does not work. Free is free right? To try it? I still don't know if I would save money using this cause I've never been able to use the phone part. J can send letters and cards from home for less than 25 dollars a month. Ots the phone I need yall to focus on.

Just wish they had video calling and more options for cards and postcards. And hou. Could send more then 1 at a time

It was easy to use and much more convenient than mailing photos, cards, and letters yourself.

The site is very easy to navigate thru the entire process and my incarcerated friend is always excited to receive the pics.

They don’t explain that you buy the monthly service and then have to pay for the phone line too..
