Very fast and easy signup and overall use

They have a good idea going but the phone calls are still crazy expensive. They also dont tell you that additional fees are taken out from your load balance even with the subscription.

This was the first time using this but it worked out great. I thank them for sending my love one a letter. My son I couldn’t talk to him over the jail phone he need to see in black and white how Irresponsible he was and need to get himself together. It was easy once I signed up.

I was charged in January the last week of the month then it took weeks for mail thru the app online to get to my inmates facility then another week for him to get his number to call me and I never got to speak to him only heard him say his first and last name and it says its time to pay again and yall say u did f get the first payment but I was charged and now I t says something about setting up a securus account requirement now having to wait on the next stimulus check to come and I still haven't got to talk to Matthew
