I love the program, its the best way to keep communication open with your loved ones who are incarcerated. There's so many diffrent ways between pictures, and making cards, personalized, and web articles, and you can send letters straight from your phone to people in the county jails even, when all you used to could do was hand mail letters to them. Its twenty dollars a month for unlimited everything, and well worth it. I've been communicating with my loved one for over five months thru this. I highly recommend.

I was pleased with how easy the process was but I had a little trouble navigating the site to complete it.

I feel like it takes a little long for inmates to recieve mail and pictures but other than that everything is good

I am very pleased with the deal I received for the phone services from Pigeonly. After months of not being able to connect with my loved one through the other company, I googled phone services for inmates and Pigeonly was an option. One thing was it was taking long to process the funds for the phone so I called and they expedited the service a few hours later and I haven't had any problems since.

I've continued to send letters cards to a person incarcerated yet they have not received anything & this was days ago also a misrepresentation about the use of phone services however the service isn't to bad please fix these problems thanks

So far its my absolute favorite go to service for corresponding with my criminal ass bf. Great prices , easy to use and gets to him quick. Love it !!!

I do not like how misleading this company is. I have spent all this money and still was not able to speak to my husband, unless I paid even more. Pics take so long to be delivered & my husband died before receiving pics and a postcard I sent a week before! The postcard arrived 4 days after he died. Also, its not "unlimited" when you can't send more pics till the others are delivered. I believe I deserve a refund. I paid a lot of money to be able to hear my husbands voice & couldn't afford any more of your hidden charges. If I'm not issued a refund, I will make it my mission to post warnings all over the internet, to make sure people know to use Securus instead. $38 total for 100 15-minute phone calls. No hidden fees. I could've mailed my husband pics & postcards for the price of a few stamps & got them there faster than you did. I wanted to talk to him! Thankfully, someone told me about Securus, but only after I wasted so much money with this company. It's the last thing I needed at a time like this, with 2 kids by myself all of a sudden.
