Pigeonly saves me a lot of time, easy to use and their service is great. This is the second month I've been using this companies services.

I love this application!!!! It saves so much time. I did not like to go to the store. Being able to send your pics right from home is such a convenience.

I just started using this app and I really like it. I'll admit I thought it was a scam at first but when my boyfriend told me he had gotten the pictures and note that I sent I was like "okay" lol. Thank you Pigeonly for keeping me connected to my loved one.

This app let's you do everything. Send pics, write letters, add money on the phone and commissary. I love not having to go to different apps to do everything I need to do to stay in contact with my loved one.

We have sent 1 letter, and 2 requests for photos printed and shipped. So far the letter has updated to shipped and estimates to arrive by today at the facility. And the photos are shipped and processing. I will update my review when I hear from my inmate of arrival.

This is a good service but needs improvement. You do save a little money but not much. It would be nice to have a statement or a history so you can tell if you’ve actually used that many minutes. 25 dollars goes very fast . Being able to send letter from your phone is great however they don’t really receive them any faster and you can not send another one until the other is received.. Any does save you .25 cent a minute at rolling plains detention centers that charges .50 but in the long run after you pay the fee to have the service you really didn’t save the 30 cents..

I will start with the positive. It is easy to navigate and prepare the gifts. The options are great and the package option for 99 cents. Now, for the negative. The end process is terrible and there is no option to see if the stuff was delivered to the inmate.

Very easy and convenient to use. My boyfriend gets letters and pictures right away.

I could.not work this website. I got charged twice and still havent heard from my inmate. I do not recommend this site

I love pigeonly in think I would like to talk to someone ABOUT being an associate or throwing you some ideas, I have for cards better ones , and postcards. 2 years ago my youngest son who is disabled was in prison, and I had just got out of hospital from my husband trying to kill me. So he needed some money and it was around the first of January, so I told him to take orders for guys in there that wanted to send their loved ones flowers out here. If they were in a 20 mile radius delivery was free, a non d when I delivered them they came with a picture of their loved ones face when I gave them the flowers. It was awesome to "PRICELESS"
