The phone usage is great. The mail is not. 2 weeks before it was sent out is ridiculous inmate will be gone before it even arrives.

I love how ur app work

I have been sending my fiance pictures through pigeonly as often as i can because he says in that moment, as hes looking through the photos, he feels like hes out there experiencing life with us. It helps him keep a sane mind and stay out of trouble being able to see our faces and not miss out on what we're doing.

it sucks that if you don't have 25 bucks then you can't get a phone line and you can't message with them so all you can do is send them postcards greeting cards or pictures that they won't get for at least a week

So far I have liked using the website/app. However, I am unable to add money to my brothers books from the app.

At first it was a little difficult to navigate around but once I got used to what everything is I love this site.

So far it does what it’s supposed to do. My honey is happy that the pictures come in it’s own envelope.

I have only positive things to say about pigeonly. I've used it to send my inmate letters, photos, special occasion cards and to keep in touch via the phone. It's inexpensive, easy to use and everything gets to him in a timely fashion. It has truly made a difficult time in our lives alot easier to deal with. Thank you Pigeonly

I love this app.it is perfect for me and my LO who is locked up away from his family....I dont use any other app...
