Pigeonly has been such a great tool to send love to my inmate husband! It's so easy to use and is definitely more convenient than mailing correspondence via regular mail.

I wasnt sure how to fully understand how things worked, the lady at your customer service her name is Angel she talked really fast and I was getting angry because I couldn't get what she meant so I hung up when she wouldn't slow down but not knowing what she said the outcome was good she put the money that was put on account that I never got to use where I could use and that made me happy

I just started using Pigeonly. I am using the trial right now I sent my son a Birthday card and a Letter. I don't know if he has received them yet I hope so. If all goes well I will get the membership and I will try other features.

Well all I can say about my experience is that I LOVE IT... my letters were delivered fast... it's way easier then sending a letter by mail and having to wait for the phone call this way it gets to my inmate asap.

Love it! It's much easier for me to be able to write a letter on my phone than actually sitting down and writing one by hand! And it keeps me in touch with my love I couldn't be anymore satisfied! Thank you
