This is an opportunity to thank you for a great service you provide for both inmates and families. I feel bad for those in jail who get little or no communication from the outside. Sending pictures of my son’s children, letters and commissary money helps his morale tremendously. Again, thanks for keeping us close

I tried 3 different apps before I found this app in it is the Only one I that help me find a friend. In its so simple to use in you can write letters & send send pictures in for $1.99 you can half the cost of phone calls for a month

Good service

I enjoy sending pictures. But my phone still is not working and I have called more than once.. I paid the 19$ And 25$ and the 25 is not posted nor does my inmate know about the phone.

Nothing happened. I paid you good money and nothing happened but disappointment and more heartache. A young girls dreams of communicating with her mother; cards, pictures, emails all crushed. If that was your goal you did an excellent job, but I couldn't find anything like that on your website. Everything you promised was all rainbows, butterflies, marshmallows and cotton candy. So fornicate you for making my friend feel even worse than before you caused me to make all of these empty promises. I will add that you did give me a partial refund and that is the only reason I gave you a one-star review. You earned less. Then you go and fornicating things up even more by sending the card that languished in your system for weeks, AFTER YOU GAVE ME A REFUND AND CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? I can not imagine ducking something up any worse. Now she has to tell her mom it the only card?...Again, duck you for ducking up. I suppose an apology if some type should be expected. I hope so. If that is the case here are some guidelines: Acknowledge what you did wrong. Recognize how it made me feel. Promise it will never happen again. Ask how you xan make it up to me. Nothing less.

This site is very convenient for me. I’m able to just send a quick note and SEVERAL pictures all at once they print them and ship them so it’s very cost worthy! This is a great site to have to help us stay in touch with our loved ones even when we’re busy with our day to day lives.

My inmate was transferred and did not receive any of my messages. I would like it if pigeonly could make calls too but they out source you to another company. I paid for the service and was not informed of any transfers or anything else. I could not receive any letters either I do not believe it is part of the programming. Either way easier would be better and a general two way communication would be key. And it should not be limited to one person. An open messaging email or number for everyone to contact with one price for all.
