I order this pillow because we were going on a long late night 8 hour flight 11 days before our trip. It arrived via USPS mail 3 days after we departed. I never received a confirmation that my order was received or that it had shipped. When we returned home it was waiting for me. Tried to call the company from the charge posted to my credit card account. They have new overseas number to call. Seems like a fly by night scam but they do have some fancy advertising on Facebook who should be removing them from their site.

This company is not trustworthy. I purchased a pillow but received it too late for my trip. I contacted them 2 weeks later and advised that I wanted to return the item and that I had not even opened the package. They tried scheming to suggest that I didn't qualify for a refund. I insisted that I did and quoted their actual return policy. I also involved Paypal. Flyhugz responded immediately to Paypal (even though they had begun ignoring me) and promised Paypal that they would issue the refund to me without delay upon receipt of the return. They then provided me with the address I should return it to at my own expense. They also acknowledged that they would 'refund me without delay upon receipt of their product' and asked me for the Tracking Number. Once I received confirmation that the return was complete/signed for by Flyhugz, I reached out 3 separate times enquiring about my refund over the course of 3 weeks. They ignored me. I finally had to involve Paypal again and because the Seller (Flyhugz) had violated Paypal policies, Paypal issued my refund to me directly and will now have to recoup. It's actually shameful business practice on behalf of Flyhugz - even if this was the best product in the world, I would NEVER do business with this company again. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Consider yourself warned!

We ordered two pillows on 5 Sep 24. They were delivered on 10 Sep 24. Quick and easy. I don’t understand what all the fuss is about.

I gave only one star because i couldn't leave a review without at least one star. I was excited to buy this neck pillow, I waited for it to go on sale. On the last day of the sale, it was at “50% off”, I purchased the pink princess pillow, about $38.00. Immediately after my transaction, a Pop-up appeared, you can now get the pink princess neck pillow, plus a matching pink eye mask, for free and free shipping for $29.00. I had just purchased the neck roll for $38.00 Within minutes, I wrote the company, emailed them, and left a phone message. I wanted to cancel my transaction and buy the “First Class Bundle” for $29.00. This morning 9-9-24, I tried calling the phone number again, no one picks up, they call you back after you leave your phone number. I explained that I tried to cancel my order within minutes of my purchase, and wanting to purchase the bundle for $29.00. I was told I would have to return the neck pillow at my expense! They were not helpful whatsoever! They could have credited me, they could have sent the eye pillow and credited the difference! They did nothing to save a sale, or help the Customer! I have not yet received the neck pillow, but watch out for better deals like the bundle, so you don’t feel ripped off!!

I was told my 2 orders of pillow, earphones and mask would be delivered first class. The tracking # shows it’s coming from China. Flyhugz claims to be the “real deal” and it’s a scam! Don’t buy from them. You can get the same pillow for less than $20 on Amazon and get it in 2 days or less (and return for a refund if you’re not satisfied).

I am very happy with my purchase. I used mine on August 24th as I had a 14 hour flight. Usually I cannot have a good rest when flying but this time around I slept really well and did not feel drained after my long flight. It is worth the purchase. Thank you for introducing such an amazing product!

Please think twice. This company does not let you return if you’re not satisfied. They are a true scam. Any company that does not stand behind their product can’t be trusted. I would also say that the chemical smell people refer to should be a warning that this product could be carcinogenic. What is it made from and why do you not accept returns?

I ordered a pair of them 3weeks before going on a trip overseas. The package tracker said it was unable to locate the package 2 days before I was to leave. I reached out and requested the purchase be canceled. It was not. I left and it was delivered 2 days after. Left outside my door. Not in the package lockers that are available to all couriers. It disappeared during my time away and I was told that because I did not buy the protection I was not able to get a refund. Absolutely have never encountered such terrible customer service.
