Bad Customer Support

Bought two neck pillows as gifts. Followed the process for requesting colours but received wrong colour for one. Emailed “John” from customer support and was impressed when he said they would send me out a replacement immediately………………over two months now and in the beginning was assured item was in the post but there was bad weather and it may be delayed, then was told they would send tracking info shortly (no tracking info was sent) …..now several emails have been unanswered! Dodgy company when things go wrong with items…….beware!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. My order never arrived and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. Taking ages to reply my e-mails saying that I have to contact the courier. Very unprofessional and not a serious company. I’ve lost 50 usd. NOT RECOMMENDED!

DON'T DO IT!

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company's customer service. I requested to cancel my order before it shipped, but despite having ample time to do so, the order was not canceled. Instead, it was delivered after I had already left the country, making the product useless to me. Their response time was terrible, and it almost seems intentional, as if they delay on purpose to avoid issuing refunds. What’s more frustrating is that this seems to be a pattern based on other customer reviews. The lack of responsiveness and attention to customer requests is concerning. If their product is as good as they claim, you'd think they would invest in better customer service. Clearly, that’s not the case—this is a crap company. As someone who works in the travel industry, I interact with many potential customers daily, and I will certainly not be recommending this company to any of them. If you value good customer service and timely responses, look elsewhere.

Received an incompletely sewn pillow

Received an incompletely sewn pillow. I have sent multiple emails with pictures and 1 phone call. Phone call not returned. One email answered with a message they are sending the picture to their quality assurance department to see if this indeed made it pass the inspection. ???? Clearly it did because it was sent to me like that.
