Wishing I could give 0 stars! I bought this and about a few minutes later my partner reminded me that I already have a travel pillow so I contacted the customer service for a refund ASAP. They were very quick to respond asking why the sudden change of mind. As soon as I responded back, no hear back from them (John was the name of the guy who emailed me) Didn’t hear back, I emailed again, nothing, then I get a notification that the item has been shipped and it’s on it’s way. They really deceive you into thinking that you can do 60-day returns but I hadn’t even had my item yet and literally emailed to cancel after only a FEW MINUTES of purchasing. Also, it doesn’t show you’re paying USD dollars until you’ve actually already done your purchase! So I paid $55 AUD Anyways DO NOT RECOMMEND I have not even received my order and I’m truly not excited for it Such bad customer service Wish I saw the reviews before making the mistake of actually ordering. Will not recommend to ANYONE!
