Had my flyhugz for over a year now. FIFO worker and this works perfect for flights to and from work. Asleep within minutes.

I really like this neck pillow. Lovely cozy fabric that works well to give you a hug. It is substantial, which leads to my only complaint. Apparently, I have a short neck and I found the pillow a bit too wide. Tucking in my chin solved this, generally. But after a flight to Europe no sore neck.

After many attempts to contact FlyHugz by email as well as voicemail I haven’t received any response. I ordered 2 Flyhugs in Dec 2024 it is now Feb 20 2025. Phone calls go directly to voicemail so I cannot talk to anyone. Tracking just states that since 12-26-24 my package has been sitting in Manassas VA a shipping label created waiting to be picked up by carrier. I do not recommend using this company.

I have never been able to sleep on a plane. Maybe a few minutes at a time and have tried every single product on the market. I will save you time and money by saying FlyHugs is the best! On a short two hour flight I slept almost an hour and I hope when I take a longer flight it help even more.

I have never been able to sleep sitting up and I got 4 hours of sleep on my last overnight flight. It is hard to get it back into it’s pouch but I would recommend it to anyone.

I recently flew from Toronto to Vancouver and used the FlyHugz neck cushion, eye mask, and ear plugs. The neck cushion was really comfortable and prevented my head from bobbing so I could stay asleep. The mask was very soft and plush and worked well, while the ear plugs stayed in my ear better than traditional silicone plugs and worked great.

Product works as advertised - comes in storage bag that was convenient. I used it on an overnight international flight and it was comfortable. Velcro could be a little stronger- came apart a few times

I've never been able to sleep well on planes, but with FlyHugz I no longer have that issue

I love my FlyHugs. It has made my travel experience much better. It comfortably holds my neck up while sleeping and I arrive at my destination refreshed with no neck issues! I definitely recommend!

I bought this to travel from the US to Greece. Slept well and am happy I also added the eye mask to my order.
