Unable to Contact Company

Ordered products at beginning of December not arrived yet. Contacted company standard response wait further 7days which I did, sent another email same standard response. Cannot now contact the company via their website which is concerning as they appear to be still trading.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Products ordered in November and still not received (20.01.21). No reply from customer service. Money taken no goods. Previously a good company

Bad customer service

I have used this company for some time. So i would expect a better customer service. I ordered 3 months ago they have taken my money and I still have not got the product. I send emails and get the same e mail back. A standard email sent to every one. I just want a refund. Cant call them. Such a shame they have given their own company a bad name. I understand with the covid 19 outbreak but they need to treat their customers better and stop avoiding them. NEVER USING AGAIN. JUST WANT A REFUND.

Cowboys. They take your money and run!

7th Jan 2021 - Sent chaser email. Had the automated response asking for an additional 7 days from the estimated delivery date (Even though it had already been well over 7 days!). Hard working team due to covid everything is delayed blah blah blah. Don’t leave negative feedback. Blah blah blah! 18th Jan 2021 - Still nothing. Asked for full refund. Absolutely shocking company.

Avoid!

Awful service! Similar to other reviews I have ordered from Health Monthly in the past with no problems but placed my most recent order in November with estimated delivery of 18 December. Despite numerous emails to them all I have received back is an automated email blaming delays on current Covid situation and asking you not to leave a negative review! Will not be ordering from the site again and would not recommend them

Having read recent reviews I can only add the same thing. Waiting since November despite my money having been "taken"immediately after placing order....automated replies fobbing me off saying how busy they are clearing order backlogs! This company is lying and cheating people out of their hard earned money, especially in the current situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I’ve been stolen by them. FRAUD!!

I’ve placed an order three months ago with HealthMonthly for £62.32 and still not received anything. I sent them multiple emails asking for a refund as I had checked their FAQ and have waited long enough, and what do I get?? The same automated email with COVID-19 excuses. It looks like I’ll never see neither my money nor the products. HealthMonthly is a very dishonest company as they have taken the money from their customers and then disabled all telephone lines and live chat so nobody can bother them. They are total scammers and fraudsters, and should be avoided at all costs.

I have an order from april 2020 still…

I have an order from April 2020 still not fulfilled and an order from December 2020 which has been removed from my orders section completely. I have contacted PAYPAL and hope to get my money back. I have sent endless emails and get no response and they have removed their phone number. I think like many others that they have simply gone bankrupt or ceased trading. Hopefully will get my refund via PayPal. AVOID AVOID AVOID LOOKS for sure gone into administration. Luckily for me PayPal to the rescue...got my monies back before Administration

Zero stars from me

Zero stars from me. As with others I had been buying from them for years so had no need to read reviews. My order from November has not been delivered and every time I try to reach them I receive ‘put off’ emails. I see now there’s no chance of having my money back, luckily I bought only one product. So I’ll put it down to experience and go to another company.

This company has financial problems and appears to be ceasing trading

Ordered November 20th and delivery date 21/12/20. Needless to say no sign of order and automated Covid excuses from customer complaints. Have used this company for 2/3 years to obtain Swanson products.Orders always late took 3 weeks usually to arrive and came via Gibraltar! Website shows nearly all items out of stock.On Jersey company register the accounts show reasonable profits for 2019 so why are they defaulting on so many orders from September onwards? Hope my credit card will refund but amount I have lost is under £100 so suspect I have lost my money
