Terrible service

Terrible service. I placed the order on 30th September. They say that it is fully dispatched. It is 28th December and I am still waiting. If I complain they sent long templates to read, but they do not prove with documents that the parcel has really been dispatched, who took it over, etc.. China has sent a mission to the Moon on November 23 at around 3:30 p.m. ET and it has come back with the samples two weeks ago on December 16th. Turtles would have shipped faster supplements than this "company". They are not willing to refund my money. They say that I can send it back. Really? I should get it first. They are fooling us.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, order still not arrived!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered on the 6th November, paid over £10 delivery on 1 item and was told it would arrive on the 19th November and still waiting. I have complained 3 times and requested refunds but all I get is the same response about delivery through Covid and them being a small company.....when they bother to actually respond. Waste of time and waste of my money! We are all finding it difficult during these times financially and certainly don't have money to waste on items that just don't arrive!

I have found service from this company…Appaling

I have found service from this company has always been slow whenever I have ordered previously, but honestly 10 weeks later and despite an email six weeks ago telling me that one of my 3 supplements had now been dispatched and would arrive by 17th December - still nothing! I too would rate them with no stars if that was an option.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I doubt whether this is a genuine company. I ordered products through their website twice and both occasions the items didn't arrive. Automated reply to my emails and phone line is currently unavailable.

Only given this company 1 star as there is no option to rate it zero stars.I ordered from them 2 months ago and have not received my order/product.Scam company

Not a scam just very slow

There have been suggestions that this company is a scam. I don't think this is true. However, you should expect very long lead times. I ordered a product that I thought would be "off the shelf" and it took 3 months to arrive. I think this is because they hold no stock and the products come from America via a circuitous route. I had almost given up and was considering asking my credit card company for a refund when the product arrived yesterday. I would say that the company is genuine but they definitely need to up their game.

Terrible service

Never received this order which I placed over two months ago. It was marked as dispatched over a month after I ordered it but nothing since... Would not recommend this company at all. In fact looking at other experiences I think it's a Scam and the company needs closing down.
