Do not order ..order never arrived.

I ordered in September and have not received my order .everything i contact health monthly i recieve the same long email .there is no way of contacting the team on the phone-i will be opening a case with my bank.

Health Monthly rip off

I ordered of this company on the 16/9/2020 I still haven’t received my delivery I have emailed them on numerous occasions And they keep sending back a standard reply I have asked them to give me a date when I will get my delivery and they never answer the question. Very simple what day is my delivery coming Sorry we well deliver never answer the specific question Asked them to cancel my order same old reply ( sorry for the delay in your delivery ) I WOULD NEVER ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY AGAIN THER ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY and SELLING ITEMS NOT IN STOCK

Avoid!

Avoid!! I placed an order the end of August and still haven’t received despite several emails. First I kept getting automated emails, then I got a reply from someone called Chad, and have had the cost of my order credited to a health shop.net site. Still giving me the excuse of Covid causing delayed shipping, yet no other company has. I will be contacting jersey trading standards as someone stated below

Avoid. No delivery just excuses. Will probably end up contacting cc Co for refund if not forthcoming from Health Monthly.

Utterly pathetic and unscrupulous…

Utterly pathetic and unscrupulous company. They offer no tracking, give no idea of approximately when the order may arrive. They won't offer a refund or when a refund might be available. Just sorry you will have to patient and wait. Ordered 25th September, now 15th November and still the same position. Pointed them to Consumer Rights Act and claimed from my credit card. Hopeless! A shame as they were pre Covid quite decent.

No words......

Very unreliable. Wouldn't even give this scam company a star, if I could. Placed an order with them over 2 months ago. Only received part of my order. Sent several emails and only got an automated email. Complained to paypal and opened a dispute. Will never order from them again. Avoid at all costs.

****. REFUND SUCCESS ****

Long story short, I've had an almost identical experience with this company with my order of 4th September 2020 STILL undelivered. With 24 hours of emailing Jersey Trading Standards with my complaint - I received a full refund. Apparently I am unable to simply mention their email address in this forum, so you'll need to 'Google' Jersey Trading Standards for it Good luck.

Najgorszy sklep internetowy z jakim kiedykolwiek miałam doczynienia. Zamówione produkty nigdy do mnie nie dotarły. Zero kontaktu ze sprzedającym. Domyślam się, ze wszystkie dobre opinie to totalna ściema. Nie polecam.

What's happened?

Used this company without issue for years but last order placed in August and advised dispatched in August has not arrived. Company advised me to keep waiting which I did for nearly 3 months and refused request to resend and then refund. Got money back by raising a PayPal claim. If I had seen all the other recent negative reviews I would not have wasted all the time I did attempting communication with the company. A real shame as this company sold products I liked at good prices. Unfortunately something has gone majorly wrong!
