Four months for delivery - unacceptable

My last order took four months to arrive. I will not been using this company again.

Do Not order from this company.

Product ordered in November was supposed to arrive 29/12/2020. By Feb 2021 I still had not received. sent 2 emails, No replies. Rang today, says due to Covid they have shut down phonelines. Their website says they are facing liquidation but they are still advertising products.

No delivery, no refund, no reply

I put an expensive order in on the 6th December and am yet to receive my product. I have emailed them twice only to receive automated responses telling me how busy they are. Congratulations to them, but they should have postponed or reduced their intake of orders if this is the case. I have also requested a refund which I am yet to receive.

PayPal refunded

Just received a refund via PayPal after opening a case. Order not received from October 2020. If you used PayPal and decide to open a case, save/copy your order details and any communication. Luckily I did, as shortly after opening the case with PayPal- my order and the information mysteriously disappeared off my account on healthmonthly (yet a previous honored order from years ago was still there).

Terrible management

Awful, no contact shows up Doesn’t matter where I look not even a email, took my money in December and still Nothing even says on the account they ain’t dispatched it!! If they are liquidating make sure u know who these people ceos are as they will 1million% set up shop In another name !!!! Despicable I’ll Try PayPal see if they can do something

no goods, no refund, no response to emails

As with all the other recent comments on here, they took the money in October, the goods have still not arrived and there is no answer to emails.

Theiving Liars.

Placed an order in October, emailed at the end of December to ask when my product would arrive, got told to wait longer due to COVID-19 delays. Emailed again today (Feb) and found out the company have gone into liquidation and didn't tell any customers, just explained that their items may take longer. Deceitful, awful company. Please do not buy from them as I hear they are still trying to sell products!

I might have know they were going to…

I might have know they were going to cease trading, took my money and order never appeared. Occasionally got an email reply with pathetic excuses, but they’re were still happy to take money. Go to your high street, everything is available there.

Do not buy anything from HealthMonthly

Do not buy anything from HealthMonthly - they are a scam. Disgusted - HealthMonthly.co.uk happily took my money but did not deliver all the products. I have emailed them repeatedly and received absolutely no reply. Don't go near them.
