We love our sofa, exactly what we wanted. We had some trouble getting the sofa in the house, but chesterfield were cool about it and helped out on the re-delivery.

A good value quality product. I recommend the chairs are have an option for different leg lengths. We needed to buy replacement legs to raise the seat to a comfortable and sensible height. Information about arrival dates and response to customer queries was poor. Nobody seemed to be taking any responsibility to communicate effectively with us.

I made a few enquiries first before purchasing a sofa. It's not so easy to initially speak to someone but when you do they are very helpful. The delivery arrangements were easy and efficient. Overall a great company to deal with.
