I purchased 2 Henley sofas from the Chesterfield company in premium aniline leather and I am thrilled with them, they are gorgeous .The quality is superb and I thought reasonably priced too . I am now going to buy a stool to match. Perfect !

Our new sofa is better than I'd hoped for! Beautifully made, solid construction and the size fits like a glove! If highly recommend chesterfield sofas to anyone. We purchased ours on a recommendation and couldn't believe how good value it was. I ordered leather swatches and chose the perfect finish and colour leather to suit our existing pieces. It matches really well and was exactly what I'd expected, no variation! I'd like to get a foots stool to match now and possibly a tub chair too!

We bought a Monks 3-seater sofa in antique red which was reduced as ex-showroom stock. We were slightly apprehensive about buying it online but it turned out just as described so we're very happy with it. Despite being in stock, there was a mix up and it took a bit longer than expected to deliver it, but otherwise service was fine.

You call to place an order or asked a question, no one is ever available to take your call and have no direct email address, you get told an email will be set to them and they will call you back, the call never comes and you have to chasing them again and again. The young girl in the Showroom on the Saturday I visited was extremely helpful !!! but could not make a decision, I needed to call the showroom in the week ???? Not sure why a business would open on one of the busiest trading days and not have staff that could close a sale. Delivery was asked on the phone to be a Friday the week after I paid the final balance, I was told this will be requested but not always possible, when the delivery company called to arrange a date I was to the Wednesday, On Wednesday I took the day off work and at 15.30 called the delivery company to find out they were delivering on Friday, NOT GOOD ……. I and a friend spent over £3500 and we were not even offered 1 free delivery discount, I do have another friend that likes the product but is put off by the feedback I’ve given her.

If you were my friend I would not be talking to you again. I ordered the sofa and paid in full - despite being told you only take 50% I asked for swatches of the same leather (2 colours) Two arrived totally different finish to the leather. I rang and told you what colour. Six weeks later I chased to see when it would be ready. You said I had not confirmed the colour. I told you to cancel. You refunded the money. Then told me it was ready. I could not check my Credit Card to see if it was refunded. You then took the money again. You said it would be delivered in the morning. It arrived at 4.50pm. I paid for the return of my old sofa but the guys on the van said they were not informed!!!!!
