Prompt delivery

I haven't received the parcel yet... I made the order on the 27/9, DHL emailed delivery date 8/10 (much later than it was supposed to be delivered), today's 8/10, and I had an email at 15.35 saying it was in distribution, then at 18.15 another email saying they left it at some collection point. I was at home the whole afternoon, no one rang, phoned or anything. I've contacted DHL to see what's going on... No reply yet.

Zum wiederholten Mal hat man mir verdorbene Sheabutter (Nr 306) verkauft, obwohl ich Sheabutter aus der gleichen Charge bereits reklamiert hatte. Warum sie wiederholt verdorbene Sheabutter verkaufen, verstehe ich nicht. Der Reputation des Verkäufers tut dies sicher nicht gut! Zwei Sterne gibt es, weil sie wenigstens auf meine erneute Reklamation, schnell meine Zahlung zurücküberwiesen haben.

Bonjour, ça n’est pas ma première commande chez Naissance. Je connais et reconnais la qualité des produits. La livraison est assez rapide même si je ne réside pas en France. Le colis est toujours arrivé en bon état. C'est important aussi.

Doing really on getting the product to my house earlier than it was planned.Not as good on keeping track of where is my shipment!Thank you anyways
