Sawan was amazing so helpful from start to finish. Jack was also extremely helpful in showing us all the controls and connect our phones to the Bluetooth. So very pleased with the process and made it very easy with buying a new car.

Appalling experience received from Service department

This is a comment regarding a poor service received from Wilsons Epsom service department. After months negotiations they finally agreed to replace my dashboard that was damaged by their initial service. Sadly, the outcome was substandard and disappointing, therefore, unsatisfactory although the work was carried out under the supervision of one of their directors. The EV was not charged (left with 28% battery) until my reminder, delivery time had to be delayed, the car was dirty upon delivery, the driver had to clean the dirty marks with his gloves and apologised continuously, they even left tool in my car. In addition, there was no paperwork given to inform what had been done, etc… I am totally despaired with the place, both staff and management team! The distress they caused me is indescribable. In my view, service department doesn’t deserve open for business. I hope no one will waste your time, money and energy with this place!
