Wilson’s have been unable to source the parts to repair my car for 2 months. They have been unwilling to provide a courtesy car and now that my MOT has expired I am left renting a car while we wait for jeep to ship the parts. They are unable to tell me how much longer that will take. I have asked the manager to call me and I have heard nothing for more than two weeks. I certainly won’t be bringing my car back to Wilson’s.
