Seat coming apart

Took my 3 month old Jeep Rubicon in for someone to look at the drivers seat as its starting to split on a seem. I bought the car elsewhere but was assured Jeep after sales service would be good wherever I went. The girl I spoke to could not have been more unhelpful. I understand there's a procedure and I need to book it in, buts not an engine noise its a visible seem coming apart about an inch long. She said they would need the car for up to 3 hours. The arrogant "computer says no" attitude was dreadful. Aftersales from Wilsons was a joke. Now booked in somewhere else where the service was as it should have been.

Under par experience.

Update: Reduced the stars since Wilsons MG Epson triggered the process for which I needed to provide more info or my review would be removed by TrustPilot. I got a quote for a brand new MG ZS on Carwow. Wilsons MG from Epson gave the cheapest quote. On Carwow's MG page it was mentioned that an extra £1k would be discounted on top of any quote given. The vehicle wasn't further discounted by the £1K advertised on the MG page and Wilsons MG representative said the discount was already factored in the quote given, I'm not sure if all the quotes used the same calculation but if not it explains why their quote was lower than their competitors. After visiting to see the vehicle last April I was told that the car was in high demand and it would take me between 8-12 weeks but it would usually it could be delivered sooner. I agreed with the times given and purchased the vehicle. I was told I would be getting at least 4 contact points and informed of the delivery progress. I had to initiate the contact with the dealership on all the contacts, and not once did I get emailed/informed without chasing them. On a few occasions, no reply was done for several weeks. The car took 2 extra months on top of the worst-case scenario to be delivered to me, 5 months exactly between the purchase contract and the delivery. Not even a set of mats were given as a gesture of goodwill and apologies. The car is good and so far it has been a good experience driving it. It should have been a 5* experience but it was a 2 start one. The only thing I have to praise was that I wanted a quick pickup time and the process was done in less than 30 minutes. I can't fault the dealership on this point. Will I recommend Willsons MG? Not if you want to get regular updates, transparency and feel like you matter.

SO many cars! It’s a car supermarket but with a personal shopping experience. We weren’t pressured or hurried at all. Friendly, knowledgeable service from Latte who was professional from start to finish of our purchase. Would definitely recommend Wilsons.
