I called Wilsons as I was very interested in the MG4 EV and wanted to know more about lead times plus benefits of paying upfront vs leasing payment options. The initial conversation was very positive with a car being potentially available and a 0% deal on Finance. I was keener to pay full amount upfront but if finance deal was lucrative I was interested to know the numbers. I was in no great rush as I wanted to get an electric charger installed at home first and lead times for getting this done seemed relatively long. The promise of getting the numbers to me was never met even after chasing and was told that they would be e-mailed to (I repeated my e-Mail address to ensure this couldn’t be used as an excuse for not getting the numbers to me). In total I asked for this information 3 times but nothing has been forthcoming. I did receive a short video of the Car bedecked with Halloween promotional material so not the best optic. I did find the whole experience very odd. Here was a potential buyer with ready cash to buy, had shown genuine interest in the MG EV range and prepared to wait. The ensuing Radio silence was deafening. I don’t know whether there’s a scorecard of a buyer’s propensity to buy and I didn’t meet their criteria but I’m now looking elsewhere.

Greg Fox took care of everything and still keeps in touch with us to help us with anything no matter how small. The whole experience was a pleasure and the car, apart from being beautiful and an absolute dream to drive, has given me a big chunk of my life and independence back.
