Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Complete disregard to customers. Don’t bother ringing no one answers the phone. I am a serious buyer and was looking to spend serious money with them but they messed up. I had seen a car that I wanted to buy but they said it was reserved online. No one could give me a specific answer as to when the online reservation expires even though I subsequently found out from their website that it’s 48hrs. I have left various messages asking for the sales agent to call me if it is available again. Then the car had become available again and they sold it without having the courtesy to contact me despite spending all afternoon trying to contact them about this car and email exchanges with the person who showed it to me. I was really upset and the manager didn’t offer to put things right. He said they have a lot of customers ……basically they don’t care.
