His sense of humour and salesman charm is great. Keeps you up to date on the progress of the delivery. Explains everything clearly and we would recommend him to anyone who wants to start the process of purchasing a car.

I have a very bad experience with this Hyundai branch, the customer service of this branch is zero, the car was delivered to me two days after full payment, without MOT certificate, after a week and calls and emails, they finally gave me the MOT. They emailed that it was out of date and I missed my PCO appointment and had to pay £120 again and another £40 for the MOT, unfortunately no one from this branch took responsibility for this loss and my email was answered. I regret doing business with this branch. I could not work for a week only because the Staff and manager of this branch are not professional and do not fulfill their duties in front of the customer.
