Even with a delay the service was great

Have been trying to source a trim part for my vehicle. Phoned yesterday. The parts department couldn’t seem to confirm details of the part I needed. Said they would call me back. But never did. So today drove up from Woking to try to establish the part I needed. Guy in parts department not much use. Said he couldn’t give me the part number. Hence would mean that when I wanted to order the part I’d have been back to square one again. Poor, unhelpful service.
