Service department let me down twice. Vehicle taken in for first service and safety recall but told they had not ordered parts for one of the recalls. Waited weeks for parts to be delivered and booked in again for recall work. Told no courtesy car available so made them aware I was travelling from Brighton, reassured it would be done on the day. After dropping car at 8am I was called at 4pm to say it would not be finished until following day, leaving me stranded in Epsom. After complaining a courtesy car was miraculously AVAILABLE, but still leaving me with a second return trip to Brighton and lost hours at work. Told by the service desk work on the vehicle was ongoing, then found it had not been started because.. wait for it.... They didn't order the right oil for the job!!! 1. If that was the case why didn't they call me before 4pm 2. Can you really believe a Peugeot dealer of that size doesn't keep drive shaft oil as a stock item. 3. I had waited weeks for all the parts to be delivered so why wasn't the oil ordered. To me it just seems like excuses. All-in-all very shoddy service for a new car. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
