We bought our car in April, as soon as we drove off we noticed a few issues, broken air vent, stagnant screen wash, batteries on key fobs dead, screen wash too high and finance agreement mileage incorrect. Reached out immediately and eventually got the issues fixed after 7 months of waiting. Absolutely shocking, dealt with the director sales who is apparently the highest manager to deal with who couldn’t have cared less, and tried to find me a deal to pay more on another vehicle. 7 months of taking the car back and contact calls, emails and journeys in and no one seemed to care. I will never use Wilson’s again and I would avoid this place. They tell you what you want ti hear but don’t commit.

Not a lot of contact from salesman and wish I had read the small print first .Taking a £500 non refundable deposit really traps you in to waiting months for the car to arrive . Estimated arrival comes and then they add another month when you ask where it is.In the meantime the value of your PX has taken a large hit meaning you are badly out of pocket .

Very disappointing service from Jacob. I was told that the retailer had a number of vehicles in the specification I wanted coming through at the end of March. I was given finance figures which we were happy with. I was told I would receive a call first thing on Monday morning to confirm details etc. All I received a one line email telling me the cars were coming in August?? Clearly this was not what I was told. No call - When I explained that this wasn't great service he laughed at me down the phone! Having spent 20 years + in the motor trade myself I would be seriously looking at the attitude of my staff! Truly terrible service

Just want to say what fantastic service I received from Thomas Toft at MG. He was so helpful and kind throughout the purchase of my car. He didn't give me the hard sell and always spoke to me about my new car-even in this day and age it is unusual-normally car salesmen direct their conversations towards my husband, even though it is me buying the car. He was able to answer all of my questions and replied to emails very quickly. He made the whole process very pleasant and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Thomas.

Very efficient service ! From booking to Bringing the car in the morning. Video and explanation email before collection. Even the bill was less when collecting. Marios looked after us well and showed me where my car was for collection. Well done Wilsons!!
