We came in for an mot and service. Arrived at around 9am and not once did anyone update me on what time the car would be done although I was told that they would keep me updated. Finally at 16.02 a text was sent when they finally started the job. Very poor service from Wilson’s. They are all very nice when you come in to buy a car but are absolutely uncommunicative if you are there for anything else. This has been a very unpleasant experience and needless to say will not be using them ever again.

Extremely bad experience to Purchase Cars in Wilsons. I have purchased an Approved Used Car (Nissen Qashqai - 2016) in Aug 2021, and have done the Major Service + MOT in Wilsons Service Center also in Jul 2022. After that the car was got serious Engine Failure in Oct 2022. The technician told me that the engine cannot be fixed and need to replace a new engine. Fortunately, I have purchased an extended warranty for 3 years. However over 4 weeks and still no any progress for fixing. I told the Sale person about the situation, he offered me to do "Part Exchange", trade my Qashqai and purchased another car (Peugeot 5008 - 2019) and collected the new car on 28 Nov 2022. Then today (5 Dec 2022) my car (Peugeot 5008) got "Engine Fault light ON" again, need to repair immediately. I can't believe it; the car got the engine problem in only 7 days when I collected. I cannot trust Wilsons anymore. Furthermore, until now, i still cannot get the service book and full-service history of my car (Peugeot 5008). Originally, the sale told me that the book was in the car, but i cannot find it. Then he told me, they don't have the service book, only able to provide a printout. But now I still have not got it yet. Rubbish on purchase experience and after care. I am going to request a full refund. Anyway, Avoid and buy elsewhere.
