Purchased a Hyundai Ionic from them and part of the deal was to replace the 2 back tyres. I specified that they must be the same brand all around and I was not fussed about what the brand was as long as they were the same. Went to collect the car and it wasn't ready, come back tomorrow. Went back the next day and it was "ready". Took it home and I noticed the car looked like it was leaning to one side. On closer inspection it had 2 new tyres on the back (different brand to the front) but the one was smaller than the other. Take it back and had to leave it there again. Went back again the next day and collected the car. Drove down to Exeter the following day and the car was drifting all over place on the highway due to the different tyres. I bought 2 new matching brand later that day, problem solved, car handles well now. They also promised me it had just been serviced and I didn't check the service book. I am now selling the car and they had NOT serviced like promised. I will never use this dealership again I am warning everyone to use them at their peril. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL.
