I have received a jumper which does not fit, I have started a return but have no idea how to return it as the instructions tell me to ‘ box it up and hand it to the courier’ what courier there is no way of getting in touch with one. I have emailed for further instructions but have received no reply. Bad service as far as I am concerned. I have received a reply to this review from Shuuk today saying they have not had any email from me that is odd as I have now had at least three response emails from them ????

I just received my order, and I am a little disappointed with my bag, the zippers are off track, but I will just keep it and use it for running out. It's not as big as I thought it would be.
