I ordered an item for my as a gift which I didn’t give her until an anniversary three weeks later. The item had a faulty zip and due to the time I expected a bit of a battle. No such thing though. I contacted the customer service and after providing photos of support a replacement was offered and dispatched the next day. Our first order but definitely not the last. Fantastic customer service. Sent wrong size and your returns system is useless you've got a printer I'm a disabled pensioner with low mobility I took it to my post office and it wouldn't scan I took it to royal mail and it wouldn't scan I still need to find a printer you sent me the wrong size I don't need this and this is definitely going on Facebook plus all my family friends and neighbours

Love the jacket!! It looks just like the picture and fits perfectly. I’d say it runs tts. I’m 5’4 107 lbs. The sleeves are fitted and the length hits at the top of my thigh. Love it!!

The quality fits the prices, cheap materials, and sewing, buttons are about to fall off, uneven shoulders in one of the shirts.
