The item I purchased arrived damaged. I contacted Garden Trading via the Webchat facility. I was offered 15% off or a free returns label and a replacement item would be posted out to me. All very fair until I realized that unlike the delivery, the returns label was through a DHL local drop off point. None of which were local or convenient to me. I asked if, like the delivery, I could return via Royal Mail who are able to collect from my doorstep. I was told ‘no, not possible’ and then the agent simply disappeared and no further contact was made. This ruined what could have been a decent customer buying experience.
