Terrible service. And being fobbed off. Do not rely on this company UPDATE You can see the reply from the company which makes it sound like they did something either positive or proactive. No they did not. I proved they were outright lying to me and after several communications they said they had further looked in to it and guess what I was telling the truth. They lied about their checks in the first place, tried to imply I was lying to them and then were found out to have done nothing to check my issue and had hoped I would be fobbed off. Not an apology at any point. So I am still fully committed to ‘don’t shop with this lying company’ END OF UPDATE Nice lanterns though! but I ordered 3 lanterns, 1 large, 2 medium. Only x2 boxes came. 1xlarge and 1xmedium. I have provided evidence to you of the delivery showing the boxes. Of which they were 2 only You are telling me now that x2 lanterns were supposed to be in x1 box. However that is not true. Indeed the way they are packaged would preclude them being nested together. The boxes are designed to only carry one lantern. And are clearly packed at the manufacturing stage. You have tried to tell me that the weights of the x2 parcels equates to 3 lanterns. Indeed you have sent me some evidence that you feel supports your assertion that I am wrong. Except the evidence you have shared doesn’t actually show the weights?
