Just rude! All seemed ok until the wrong model arrived.. then the terrible after sales began with every response from them etched with sarcasm and written in an unhelpful and belittling fashion! Surely if you’re going to send out an alternative item to the one being ordered you should at least liaise with the customer first! Not leave it to the customer to find out for themselves upon receipt and then become awkward because no updated paperwork has been supplied to back up the change of model! (Thus nullifying any future claim to the promised 1 year warranty) Never again!
