Very pleased with: a) the price b) Customer service The Customer service was above expected as, when I ordered the Makita case, for some reason my card didn't seem to be accepted so I tried again, only to see later that 2 email acknowledgements had come through! Power Tools phoned me to ask if I'd ordered 2 by mistake , I had! but by that time my husband said he would use 2....so we had delivery of 2 and Power Tools deducted one on the postage costs - thankyou Power Tools, we would recommend you and buy from you again :)

Battery ordered and arrived 11 days later.

Will be using these again, very happy with my order and a good price too, parcelforce messed me about a bit so I rang up power tools UK and spoke to a lovely woman who went out her way to get some sense out of parcelforce, she found my order and where to pick it up from. I had ordered a tool backpack on the 27th Dec when item was listed as not out of stock. But as soon as new year came in the bag was out of stock, I got a generic auto email. Only plus was they refunded me in full....... the reply I got was helpful and informative. Thank You Lumsden
