Ordered all my items for my on suite bathroom from Joyou,, the quality was excellent and delivery as promised the prices excellent according to my plumber, who said he will order his bathroom from Joyou. We ordered an Aqualogic kettle tap in brushed chrome, but a polished chrome tap arrived. It took one email to get sorted. JOYOU sent us a UPS return dispatch label via email. The next day, the correct tap was delivered. No questions, no quibble, JOYOU simply sorted the problem. Highly recommended, great service, and results oriented.

Just fitted it today-seems a good quality product. The tap it replaces (of unknown make) had given constant problems with dripping and water hammer type of moaning noises which occurred when adjacent appliances were drawing water. I don't have much experience with Internet purchase's but I was amazed at how efficient Joyou were. I had a struggle ordering on line so I rang the help line and somebody rang me back and was very helpful, I placed my order and was imformed at every stage when i could expect delivery, even up to the delivery men ringing me when they were nearby. Each item was well packaged and seem excellent quality. Can definitely recommend this company.

I had a problem as vanity unit had a dent to it and after contacting the company , I had another one delivered with in 24 h to replace the damaged item. Great service and understanding staff. I would use them again. I t is important that when things go wrong that the company sorts it out
