Fraudulent Shipping

The TLDR version is that I’m charged $35 shipping for a bottle I never received. I ordered a bottle, received a shipping notice on Oct 17th. On Oct 29th I was asked to review an order that I never received. I looked up the tracking number and found out that it had 3 delivery attempts that I never knew about and that it was on its was back to Wooden Cork. I spoke UPS and was told it was returned within hours of the third delivery attempt AT WOODEN CORK’S REQUEST. I was never given an opportunity to pick it up at the UPS facility. I spoke with Ken in customer service, and was told that is their policy and that I should have read that on the website before ordering. I was also told that it was my fault for not having a UPS account and not being notified of attempted deliveries.
